Warranty and Terms of Service:

ALL WORK MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE WE WILL NOT WORK ON ANY CONSOLE PRIOR TO BEING PAID

    • Dports.me WILL TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONSOLES THAT ARE LOST BY THE POSTAL SERVICE IT IS BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE POSTAL SERVICE TO RESOLVE THESE PROBLEMS. additional insurance can be provided at customers expense

       

      Dports.me will impose a $20 inspection charge that is non refundable it will be put towards the cost of the repair once the repair is complete if the console is deemed non repairable the customer will be refunded their money minus the inspection charge and return shipping.

 

      ALL CONSOLE ARE RETURN SHIPPING WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NO EXCEPTIONS THIS WILL COST YOU $10.95

 

      Dports.me is not responsible for any damage to units during shipping.In the event that a unit is damaged in shipping to our facility we will contact you and discuss options based on the amount of damage that occurred to the unit.

 

      Dports.me will not be responsible for any accessories that are included with your console during shipping, we try and keep track of everything that comes and and goes out of of shop, and will be the best that we can to make sure that everything that you shipped has been return

 

      Any system that payment has not been received for after 30 days of initial repair, the unit is surrendered to Dports.me to cover the price of the repair.

 

      Warranty only covers the services performed and the part repaired and not the entire unit.

 

      Dports.me will offer a discount to returning customers for unrelated problems.

 

      Dports.me will not honor warranties if our warranty seal is broken, missing, tampered with, dropped, submerged in water, or infested by insects.

 

      Dports.me cannot be held responsible for further damage that may be caused to the system during the repair process.

 

      I understand that Dports.me will not share any of my information with anyone outside with the exception of law enforcement, if necessary.

 

      I understand that each repair comes with a 90 day warranty.

 

      There is a chance the system may fail again.

 

      Warranties do not cover shipping costs.

 

      Dports.me reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

      If Dports.me is not informed of a failure before warranty expires, the warranty is not valid.

 

    Post warranty work, any console that is left with Dports.me more than 30 days after it is deemed ready for pickup, will become property of Dports.me.
